Gemma
Gemma has been with Pest Control Direct for over 19 years.
She has taken training courses in Rodent and Insect Control, and, although never having carried out any active pest control work, she has attained an in depth knowledge of the subject.
Gemma has a natural talent in being able to give advice clearly and concisely, with a genuine concern to help as much as possible in solving customers problems.
Gemma also overlooks the accounts of the Company, helps with packing when needed and generally runs the business alongside Sheryl.
Sheryl
Bob Guy’s daughter, who has assisted her father in several business ventures since leaving school.
In the past has carried out pest control services to the public dealing with Rats, Mice, Cockroaches, Ants, Bed Bugs, Pigeons and Seagulls plus many more pests! You get help from somebody that has actually been out there and done it!
Working in Pest Control Direct since 2001 dealing with customer enquiries, ordering stock, entering data and everything else the Company needs. Since 2015 Sheryl has been joint managing the company with Gemma.
Bob
Bob is the founder of Pest Control Direct. Bob has over 35 years experience in all kinds of pest control works, gained in the UK, Libya and Saudi Arabia, plus a period on the Servicing Committee for the British Pest Control Association.
Bob decided to enter the internet in the year 2000 as a part time hobby after selling a hygiene business.
The venture took off and he had to call in Gemma and daughter Sheryl to help, so it was back to work for Bob, just when he thought he was retiring!
Customer service is Bob’s priority. Success through giving good service and value has been his hallmark through several business ventures. Bob part retired in 2015 and now provides consultancy and some holiday relief.

Bob Guy, Gemma Sellings and Bob’s daughter Sheryl Cooper
Bob Guy, Gemma Sellings and Bob’s daughter Sheryl Cooper draw on over 40 years experience in pest control and offer pest control advice, plus a range of insecticides, rodenticides and other extermination/control measures for you to control your own pest problems. Both Bob and Sheryl hold British Pest Control Association Training Certificates and Gemma has recently achieved Certificated Training in Rodent and Insect Control from ADAS.

Bobby
Bobby is our full-time packer. He has been packing our parcels at PCD since 2018. Bobby sees goods inwards and has attention to detail in parcels he sends out to our domestic and commercial customers.
Bobby is Sheryl’s brother, Bob’s son. Being a vital part of the business Bobby sees that our customers receive their goods in good condition and on time, he works hard to meet our expectations of a high level of orders going out correctly and on time.
Shannon
Shannon started at Pest Control Direct via a government training scheme (kickstart) in April 2021. After 6 months, Shannon became a permanent member of part time staff.
In the year of her working for Pest Control Direct, her ability to learn all aspects of Pest Control has been incredibly impressive in such a short time. She has undertaken online courses with ease along with learning along the way through Sheryl and Gemma’s experience.
Shannon’s customer service skills are second to none. Her day to day role is serving customers on the phone, processing labelling for the couriers, she supports all the team wherever she can, from helping Bobby in the warehouse to supporting Sheryl and Gemma in the day to day running of the business.
